Asaro: With the TagmaStore HDS has unique value versus its biggest competitors. The TagmaStore is bigger, faster and smarter than the HDS 9980V AND it is a storage virtualization platform that can manage external storage systems as a single system.
Kerns: The Lightning family (including the new USP) and the Thunder family have proven to be very reliable boxes that cover almost all user requirements. Service is typically a localized issue but Hitachi Data Systems is seen as having strong service offerings in most areas.
